  • Preparation of Income tax returns and filing of the same with Inland Revenue
  • Annual Meeting Minutes
  • Annual meeting (up to 1 hour)

 

CLOUD BUSINESS MANAGEMENT                                FROM $430/MTH

Recommended for those business owners wanting to keep a finger on the pulse and monitor/manage results regularly.

This package includes:

  • Xero/MYOB accounting software
  • Preparation and filing of bi-monthly GST returns
  • Bi-monthly management reports on your business performance
  • Preparation of annual financial statements
  • Preparation of Income tax returns and filing of the same with Inland Revenue
  • Annual Meeting Minutes
  • Maintenance of Company/Trust records (including preparation and filing of Company Annual Return)
  • Provisional Tax Reminder letters
  • All the benefits of Xero including 24 hour access to your accounting system from wherever you are, live bank feeds, secure online storage

 

CLOUD EXECUTIVE                                                        FROM $740/MTH

Recommended for those business owners serious about monitoring and managing their operations for long term success and sustainability.

This package includes:

  • Xero/MYOB accounting software
  • Preparation and filing of bi-monthly GST returns
  • Bi-monthly management reports on your business performance
  • Preparation of annual financial statements
  • Preparation of Income tax returns and filing of the same with Inland Revenue
  • Annual Meeting Minutes
  • Maintenance of Company/Trust records (including preparation and filing of Company Annual Return)
  • Provisional Tax Reminder letters
  • Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Preparation of annual cash flow forecast/budget
  • Bi-monthly budget v actual Reporting
  • Preparation of Tax Estimates (x 3)

 

The above packages rely on you doing the following:
  • Ensure all bank balances reconcile at the end of each month
  • Ensure that accounts receivable (debtors) and accounts payable (creditors) reconcile at all times
  • Ensure any loans reconcile at the end of the month
  • Ensure accuracy when entering all transactions (NB: while we will undertake annual reconciliations of the Balance Sheet items, we will not check transactional data for accuracy or completeness and we will not audit any transactions).
